The item description said new (unused, unopened), but when I received it the LEGO factory tape was broken & it was shut with Scotch tape. Inside some pieces were in a non-LEGO plastic bag. I contacted the seller prior to this review & she said when she pulled it from inventory the seals were loose so she put pieces in a bag & taped it. Luckily I’m gifting it to my son, but I was disappointed that she didn’t let me know it was open before she shipped it. That’s my only complaint.
