USPS, sadly, lost the original hisser I ordered. Seller was very quick to replace her, even though, USPS was at fault. I even was sent an extra along with the replacement. Both replacement hissers arrived in excellent condition, were nicely packaged, and have been some of the tamest hissers I've had. Excellent communication with seller and wonderful customer service. I am very pleased with my hissers as well as my experience with the seller.

Ordered one male roach, and was sent two. I also paid extra for a heat pack to be included to insure that the insect arrived alive, however there was no heat pack in the box. I've brought this to the attention of the seller twice now and they will not even acknowledge the fact that no heat pack was included. I will not make any further purchases from this seller.

The heat pack will not be included if the temps are too high, it is more like insurance for DOA. I cannot change it in the listing.If you read the listing it will also state im not shipping when the temperature is bad for the insects. Sorry you are not happy about the insects. More than happy to take them back. Have a good one.
