    All good

    Daosin really prevents bad symptoms of histamine intolerance. Take in a capsule 15 mins before any meal which contains or deliberates histamine, and you can enjoy any food.

    ДАО-фермент

    Уже несколько лет мучали постоянные боли в кишечнике. И с кислотностью боролся, и хеликобактер выводил, а в итоге нашли гисиаминоз. Препарат помогает. НО! Только при умеренной диете. То есть несколько раз можно съесть разом помидоры, соленые огурцы и закусить тортиком под зеленый чай. При этом каждый новый раз, если всё время есть запрещённые препараты и заедать ДАО, то эффект будет падать. Аналогично и для тех, кто совмещает с кетотифеном (кромоглициевую кислоту не пробовал - не могу сказать). В целом, БАД можно отнести к безопасной замене антигистаминных препаратов первого поколения (супрастин снимает симптомы аналогично, но влияет, как минимум, на бодрствование и потенцию).
