It had the tag on it & it did not look used. Had no idea that someone had returned the dress used & damaged. Did not inspect the lining or crinoline, as I thought I had no reason too. Would NEVER have sent a dress that I sold as NWT, used & damaged! I immediately accepted the return, sent a label for return and offered to send the last dress I had at a discounted price. She gave negative feedback without even contacting me first.
