    Not bad for a bolt in replacement with heat shield

    Welded studs on both ends not perfectly straight. I had to enlarge the receiving holes slightly to get it together without damaging the threads on the converter. Other than that it fit like the original. Having the heat shield was good as the original one was missing. It should outlast the vehicle.
