My item order item was processed and shipped quickly. The shipping package was good for the item size. It did come with installation instructions. The the 36V battery meter delivered is as described and looks the same as the photo. I have NOT installed the battery meter on my golf cart yet so I cannot attest to its actual operation or ease of installation at this time.
