Item as described, but got it little wrinkly, wavey...
Since the reason is unknown, and I didn't want to wait for another one, which the seller kindly offered, I am satisfied with this one because maybe the other one would be the same.
It's possible that it was due to humidity, that the paper absorbed moisture, especially since the other two banknotes, that came in the same package, were Polymer and there were no problem with them.
And this one is "bonus" since price was low.
