    Received 4 pens: 3 in original packaging with extra batteries and two ink refills. One has scratches on the barrel. The fourth was in the orignial box but without the protective bag and without extra batteries or ink refills. The ad said "3 pack" of pens, but further down, in one place it said 4 pens were included. So, I either got a bonus pen but without the extras or, if I was meant to get 4, I didn't get quite everything I should have. But I'm OK with it!
