Young, bushy-tailed Sean (Kerr Smith) picks up a hitchhiker, Nick (Brendan Fehr), to help him pass the time on his road trip across the United States.     The Forsaken

    First, this film was superb for many reasons to me. The cinamatography, music, acting, and characters have made this movie unforgettable. A real slant on the vampiric tale, it none-the-less delivers in all the right places. Horror, empathy, and a tale of seeking personal redemption carry the viewer along completely mesmerized. The acting itself is superb and highly beleivable, with outstanding performances by the actors. The probablility of being sucked in over our heads during what should be a routine trip with few surprises, is very appealing and gut wrenching. This fine movie has all the ingredients needed to insure that it will continue to build a following that may even lead to a sequel.

    THE FORSAKEN - FITS PERFECTLY!

    the forsaken 2001

    I like the story because treat the vampire as a virus. So is more scientific in that point of view. The vampire here are more "old style" in the sence they have to cover from the sun. What i dislike about the story is i didnt know if the girl is cure of the virus or she has to began taking pill as the two guy that save her. This movie must have a second part. I decide to buy it because i am a vampire collector movie.
