sets are complete and are as advertised - I ordered 2. Overall, a solid transaction. Packaging should have been in a carton and there should have been newspaper, styrofoam, etc to better protect the items. The package clearly was banged around and there was some minor cosmetic damage in shipping. Butt was waterproof, which is a plus.
