For starters, it was shipped in a box with tons of space, not a single filler in the box, not even paper. Also the box couldnt close all the way, only clear tape across it so you could easily see what was inside. So for $8.40 shipping, disappointing. Then in the description it mentioned moving the chord, did not mention that the cord is broken, (or that his claw is broken off but that was easily seen in the pictures.) Overall not a pleasant experience but now this dragon is in a better home
