But, the gear lash is too loose for me, so I modified and shimmed the cutter housing 0.015" closer to the pinion gear. Works great, better than new...

    This is the second gear I have bought through printer doctor for the same model sharpener. Both sharpeners are Boston 19's. In both cases it worked perfectly and reassembly was easy!
