Although it was stated that the date wasn't clearly visible, I do believe the date. The packaging on the other hand, you can see that it's worn out and it has a hole in it. You can see it's clumpy. I have ordered several times from the same company and it never was like this. I understand that the post said no returns but I'm disappointed that I won't be able to use it and I'm out the payment of $40+. For those reasons I can not give this a positive feedback.
