  • Mercedes Lackey's Firebird

I love all of Mercedes Lackey’s writings, though this one is a little different than what I’m used to. I still liked the book, but it’s not as good as some of her others.

  • Firebird

This was an engaging rewrite of an old Russian folk tale. Easy to read and sympathize with the main character. Mercedes Lackey always comes through with an enjoyable read.

  • Firebird Steals Attention of Reader

This is a droll and enchanting retelling of an old Russian fairy or folk tale. It is VERY well done.
