This is the second time the seller has shipped me the wrong boxes shiny chrome vs the listing of white swirl, this time they have not responded to my messages. 500 boxes and now I have to return them. It's a hassle that I should have to go through. I've used them for several years now and something has changed. Very disappointed.

There was no padding in shipping box thus the damage platic trays we touching all sides of cardboard box, 100% a packing issue, the seller did respond and was willing to ship replacements or refund, i requested refund. Been almost 48 hours and no further response.
