    Bacon Bonanza

    It does a really good job of cooking the bacon but it is not easy to clean if you are not using a dishwasher. With the help of a dishwasher it would clean up well, but without that there are too many areas that are hard to get to without the pressure of a dishwasher.

    Good Idea, Flawed Design

    The Wire Slots are not designed to hold a slice of bacon, full width. Who designed this?? Pan is not much better than a Tin Pie Plate, with Gold Color Paint, "Will Not Last" Takes over 1 hour to Bake 1lb. Bacon at 325 Degrees, that if you do not wish to burn top half of bacon, while bottom is under cooked. NOTE: If you bake bacon with this Pan at 400 degrees, Smoking will occur and bacon is Half Cooked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. RECOMMENDATION: Buy a 16" Long, by 12" Wide, by 1" Deep, Stainless Steel Pan, to Safely Bake Bacon in an oven.

    Only cooks top half of bacon!

    Quite disappointed. I was hoping someone had finally got bacon in the oven right. No matter how you turn the rack, the bottom half of the bacon is undone. I end up having to turn the bacon to cook it evenly, which defeats the purpose of putting it in the oven and not having to mess with it. It also seems to take a long time to bake. If you increase the oven temp, the top half burns & the bottom is uncooked. The first time I used it, I filled up the rack. So much bacon was undone that I ended up putting most of it in the microwave to finish cooking, again defeating my purpose of easy, unmessy bacon cooking. If you are only cooking a few pieces, laying them across the top of the rack does work well but who wants only 4 pieces of bacon for a family meal? On a good note, clean up is as ...
