I accepted, requested a model I hadn’t tried before, cost difference refunded, item sent fairly promptly. Unfortunately this model didn’t fit my feet properly (not seller’s fault) so I had to return it for a full refund. Seller refunded the purchase price for this model. Seller was great to work with & recommended.
