They also failed to respond to either of the messages I sent asking for information as to its whereabouts and when I might expect it. Apparently, the Item WAS eventually dispatched but was not sent to my address. Instead, it was sent and delivered, apparently, to an address over a hundred miles away in Sarasota. No item. No apology. No communication. Please do better.
