This is not a rain jacket. This is one of the layers from a coat that was separated from that coat.

This IS a rain coat, and its shameful you did not contact me with your issue as I state in my policy. Instead you give negative feedback without giving me a chance to rectify the problem. The coat fastens in front, has a logo and pockets and isn't a separate layer; its MUCH too heavy!
