    Ordered on Dec 11, It was shipped a week later on the 16th, but hadnt arrived by christmas; it was a gift. I messaged and was told it was overlooked after seller asked us if we wanted a refund multiple times instead of noticing it was overlooked and shipping it out immediately. Then took a week to actually ship it out after we asked to have it sent, received a month after I bought it. You'd think a situation like this, the seller would be making sure messages are answered right away.
