    Can't compete with No.1

    This is a classic example of 'leaving well alone'. Arthur was an iconic film with a fantastic cast that had us rolling in the aisles with laughter. Whilst this is a fun film, it's just not a patch on the original, plus some of the characters have changed. It all gives way at the end in a very quick manner which just doesn't satisfy. However, all that said, it's still funny and the repartee between Moore and Minnelli is still there.
