Contacted seller and was asked to return them for a full refund. Packing was non existent (just a bit of tape wrapped around the loo rolls) package damaged, torn and product damaged. I left positive feedback as seller sent return postage label instantly so issue resolved in terms of accepting the product back and admitting that not all of the order was sent out.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
