It says has been delivered but has not been delivered I received a parcel yesterday from US with my name and address but was a roll of dog meat ????

This was a mistake at the eBay Global Shipping Center, not mine. Apparently they opened the package I sent with books, and somehow got it mixed up with dog meat? Ebay has acknowledged their fault in the matter and is handling the refund. However, the Buyer sill wishes to leave me Negative Feedback. There is just some people in the world like this I suppose.
