    This is an excellent switch to use for my home office!

    Cisco switches are stable and an industry standard. I needed a PoE switch to run all of my home lab video collaboration setup. This Cisco 2960 PoE is a life saver and was an excellent price. I would recommend it to anyone!

    Cisco products normally built to last however this unit w/fan noise tells me this unit has been extensively utilized.

    Per physical appearance switch looks fine however it sounds like a possible fan replacement may be required in the future. Has a one year warranty and 30 day return policy. Sitting on fence contemplating which way to go. Not relishing the idea of having to box / ship unit for replacement (during holidays).
