The purchase and shipping all went excellent. The product functions and looks nice.
However, this product has a super weak motor and has no torque. I have purchased neck massagers for decades and wear them out. This neck massager is fine for moving surface skin, but has no needing ability into the muscle because it is so weak and motor drive. The whole mounting unit is small compared to others stronger massagers. I will never buy this one again. It is what it is and you get what you pay for.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
