Seller is fraudulent. I made offer and seller excepted and then seller came up with excuses why it wouldn’t ship and then seller said that he couldn’t find them however they were still posted on eBay. Seller stated the reason for the refund was buyers request which was 100% in accurate. Other than this outlet, there was no other ability for me to notify eBay of this fraudulent seller who should not be on eBay or should have lived up to there agreement of the negotiated price
