Tablet delivered is inferior to the one advertised. Screen advertised as 1960x1080 is actually 1200x800. System advertised as Android 11 is actually Android 5.1. I asked for 100% refund. After two weeks of canned messages and no relief offered, I have no choice but to leave bad feedback and warn other buyers about this seller doing bait and switch.
