    I paid $125.00, plus tax and shipping, for an item that arrived broken, and one piece appeared to have been previously glued together. I explained the ornament was a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and I had left it in their packaging to protect it until I gave it to her. It was delivered on February 13, and I reported the problem March 29, including photos of the broken item. They replied that the item was as shown on the listing and refused any consideration since their policy is 30-days.
