      Yummy Christmas cookies

      Almost the same as the Noel cookies by Educator that I grew up with in Massachusetts. These cookies are smaller, but the taste is almost as I remembered. Some boxes seemed that the anise flavor seems stronger. But, since we can’t get our old Noel’s these are a wonderful treat!!

      Flavor not quite right. . . .

      These anise flavored cookies were available for years around Christmas. They are no longer available In our area and that is why I ordered them from this site. The flavor is just not as intense as I remember. There is a "hint" of anise flavoring and that is it. Cookies arrived fast and were very fresh but the flavoring is not up to par. Pretty pricey and I bought two boxes. I won't be purchasing anymore.

      Definitely a favorite

      One taste takes me back to Chicago in the 1970’s. Salerno sold them under the name Jingles. So glad to have found them again.

      Best cookies

      These are my absolute favorite Christmas cookies and unfortunately, the area I moved to have very few stores that carry these cookies. By the time I found a store, they were sold out, so I was ecstatic to find them online & ordered immediately!!!
