    My Brand

    My Doctor wants me taking this and I couldn't tell you how many bottles of this I have gotten. The capsules are small and really easy to take. I have tried other brands but keep coming back to this one.

    Good value for D3

    I have no way if determining the quality of the vitamin, but it should be good. I believe the average dose for teens and adults should be 2,000 IU a day. I take the 5,000 IU three times a week as it is less expensive. As Vit D has a half life of over two weeks one does not have to take it daily.

    Good product and quality. Some other brands have caused reflux. These don’t. If you need more D3 through the winter months, this a great brand.
