It was brand new, but had some wear to the corners. But I got it for a good price and was happy to have it! Was packaged really well and arrived pretty quickly!

Seller was awesome when contact and we found a resolution that worked for both of us. Definitely would recommend inner plastic like a Walmart bag or something when shipping paper products, other than that a great experience.
