I have a f150 5.4 with the famous ticking sound, I changed the oil & added the additive as per instructions & an as soon as started her up the ticking sound stopped & the engine is quieter& smother idle .firm believer on this product.

Remarkable Stuff!
Just tried this at my last oil change ; 2016 GTI at 40,000 miles. Objectively only time will tell as to long term effectiveness but engine runs noticeably smoother and quieter.
