This product was brand new out of the OEM box as advertised. But I would like to emphasize my feedback on the seller. He was absolutely fantastic to work with, and I had an extremely frustrating Shipping experience ( not his fault, but the post office’s fault) sending him multiple messages and bugging him with questions but every time he answered clearly, concisely, and quickly. it was very much appreciated and customer service friendly.

As advertised, quite pleased. Averagejoesbicycles was very responsive to a shipping delay, which was not their fault at all. USPS Ground Advantage is just a bad product. Plus, USPS put a sticker on the package to say they received it damaged. It was not damaged inside - the box was crushed a bit by USPS, not the seller. Trust me. I'm going all 5's because the rating should be on the seller. But, USPS is suspect.
