When I requested the return I sent pictures of the damaged pieces. The seller told me to send "kosher pictures of the damage that [I am] alleging occur [sic] during shipping". She also told me that I am responsible for repacking the pieces and she would not accept them if I sent them back in the packaging she sent them in. I would not accept that responsibility and told her to hire a service. She then went into something about eBayLalique Crystal Seville Shelf Bracket (#204396009800)
