Item arrived well packaged but inoperative. Contacted the seller to report that the weather station house did not work, although that fact was not made clear in the original listing. Although I respect the no return policy, seller made no attempt to reconcile the matter, not even offering a small percent discount on a possible future purchase. Too bad. Seller has some nice items but offers clumsy customer service.

Totally ridiculous. This item was listed as vintage collectible. Prior to purchase, buyer asked if the item worked and was clearly told that no testing had been done. It was buyers' choice to take a chance on a 50-year-old decorative item.
