Easy and inexpensive repair for Razor Drifter
This part is a perfect replacement for the Razor Drifter Control Module. It is super easy to install, you can’t hook it up wrong because each plug is different so no way to make a mistake. My sons Razor suddenly stopped on day while driving it and this was the part to fix the problem. Took me 1/2 hr and he was back driving. These carts are super easy to repair and the parts like this module are cheap to buy. To replace this part I needed a Phillips screwdriver that’s it. So if your cart stops working just fix it don’t get rid of it. This part is a perfect replacement for the Razor Drifter Control Module. It is super easy to install, you can’t hook it up wrong because each plug is different so no way to make a mistake. Worked for a minute
I got the speed controller read the label made sure it was the same 24v 30amp. It was labeled it was the same. I hooked it up. Flipped it on and it worked so I took it outside and drove it around a little. Seemed. Little faster. It was late so I brought it back in. Plugged it in. Got it fully charged. The next day I went out to test it longer. I got the throttle made it about half a block and it shut off. I took it back to the porch took it apart and the electric motor was burned out from some sort of short. I got the speed controller read the label made sure it was the same 24v 30amp. Razor Kart runs great with new controller
My Razor Drifter was indeed dead, and this is what I needed to restore it to working operation. It was easy to hook back up, and the go kart was working again properly after putting this new part into it. We've had it in the Kart for about 2 weeks and no problems so far.
