    A complete and hugely frustrating disaster.

    Promised that it “works perfect” — it does not work at all. I have owned two of these same printers and loved them; this one is a disaster. I have been through all the proper drills for cleaning print heads, put in fresh ink cartridges, etc. without success. The best it gives me is a print in light cyan and black. A waste of money, time, ink… and hope — a huge disappointment, especially since I have projects for which I was depending on it. My first major problem with an eBay purchase. —MF

    Great printer after injecting cleaner in the heads.

    When we got the printer two of the print heads were clogged badly. One was completely plugged. We used an injection cleaner and solved the problem.
