I was undeniably ecstatic when my Latitude 5320 13.3” arrived. The listing neglected several details, and crucially it did not ship with an AC adapter (Type C, not a barrel charger — adapters are available). But once past that, it was clear that my Lat 5320 was in good shape, better than I was expecting, and toting better equipment to boot. My arrived with a 512GB Kyoxia M.2 SSD, 32GB of dram soldered on, two cameras, a fingerprint reader, Intel Iris Xe Thunderbolt 4, and a touch screen. Yeah.

My issue was only with the refurbished item & a simple misunderstanding. I couldn't evaluate it because it's battery died in 25 min & didn't come with a charger I was told it would. They shipped me a charger after, but Dell uses 2 different AC adapters for the same model number.. I recieved the wrong one. Seller offered to send a higher watt AC adapter with the correct c type, I opted for a refund, & shipped it back, I got a full refund quickly. Seller was good. UPS from CA to PA is slow.
