Item was shipped promptly, new in original packaging. Unfortunately - through no fault of the seller - the player quit working after a few days. I contacted Couture Supreme, explained what had happened and they refunded my money within minutes, no questions asked. I would definitely characterize this company as honest and forthright. The item was just as described, works perfectly. Was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition and 3-4 days earlier than I was expecting. Shipping cost seemed high but the way it was packed I can understand why. I highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to buy from again.

This seller went above and beyond. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges, but the item arrived new in the box unopened and didn't work. They kindly refunded me anyway. On the same day I purchased a similar one from bechtold27 and he is giving us a hassle saying it was a "collectible".
