Shipping was excellent (ordered at 10am and arrived 12pm the next day). As described, a working Iphone 12 mini with a new battery and only a few small dents/scratches that were barely noticeable once the phone was in a case. Really happy with what I received and great value for money. If you are looking for a phone that appears new, please go up a category as you could clearly tell this was a used phone, but that is exactly why the price was so reasonable. Would definitely buy from here again.

Not sure how their grading of the phones work, this was advertised as “good” condition… but upon opening the phone it is pristine! Not a mark or blemish on it! Absolutely excellent! Battery is at 100% and isn’t an aftermarket one like some. The price was good. Delivery was fast and on time. Still setting it up but so far so good. Highly recommend 🙂

Phone arrived on time and is in great cosmetic condition, has a few light scratches as expected but still looks amazing, functions perfectly, does have a non genuine replacement display but I expect that with it being a used refurbished phone at such a good price. Overall I’m very happy and would highly recommend this seller, the phone comes with detailed service checklist stating the battery performance level it achieved etc during the inspection they perform to ensure everything is correct

Excellent experience with this seller. Good communication. Fast dispatch and delivery. Phone was classed as "good" but other than a few scuffs to the rear camera bump, everything else looked great. Battery health was listed as 99% with the included phone diagnostic report. All in all, excellent value compared to other sellers. The only thing I didn't expect is the sellers £20 deduction on return. Due to miscommunication with the shipping company the package was returned back and I had to order it again, which cost me £20.
