Listing says Pre-owned Kendra Scott. The are definitely not authentic Kendra Scott. I will accept a full refund. I will not pay for return shipping as this is not what I ordered. Send me a free prepaid label for the return. As eBay will be able to tell, I ordered many Kendra Scott pieces at the same time with no problem. I contacted the seller 8/30/23. No resolution. Not what I ordered. Took way to long to arrive. Customer service is awful!

This is the type of seller that should be banned from eBay. On March 1st I bought some shoes and they were never shipped. Seller never communicated to me any type of update or any message about it. Until I called the eBay service department and that is when this seller sent a message saying that they had not sent it. I mean, they waited almost two months to report that they had not sent it. Maybe this seller thought the buyer will forget and they will be able to keep the money.
