Purchased item 12 pack later found out a 10 pack was shipped, item was suppose to been received between Friday November 3, 2023 to Monday November 6, 2023 still hasn't been delivered, was posted being shipped by UPS but didn't post tracking number, November 7, 2023 found out it was just shipped on November 6, 2023, also it was actually shipped by the United States Postal Service , very dishonest, misleading and has an answer for all of their misleading information.

The buyer is making false claims about my reputation. I identified that there was mistake (10 pack instead of 12 pack) that was made with the item that was shipped and issued the $10 refund for shipping adjustment as well as additional $30 to compensate for the difference. She requested to cancel the order after the item has been shipped so that she can enjoy the item for free as well as have her money back as well. She recieved the item for free and still made false claims + negative review.
