The seller reduced the price substantially due to a locked BIOS but seriously, most users don't know what a BIOS even is, so it's not that big of a deal. This computer came with the latest Windows 11 system which is good, although I installed Linux over the original operating system and that went without a hitch. Shipping was free and it arrived in a surprisingly short time and I appreciate that. This laptop was well worth the asking price
