When it arrived and I reached out to the seller, they declined to accept a return and directed me to reach out to eBay. Although the listing read “preowned” the condition of the bag should have been disclosed through description or accurate pictures. The omission of accurate pictures was misleading, and the seller took no responsibility. Buyer beware.
