Button pressure required is slightly more than the original, but a big plus for this device is it works the Freesat 4K set top boxes (minus the direct access buttons to Netflix, BBC Hub and ITV or on demand which nobody uses). Has a handy flashing green LED under the STB button showing the batteries are OK and the device is transmitting when a button is pressed. The central home button access the recorder functions like the big red one on the 4K remote.

I was processing the same remotes from another seller who offered a sale price about $2.00 less in total. When I clicked to see the total the seller had marked the item up. I wound up paying about 50 cents more with this seller but I’m very happy.
