    Item was as described and shipped quickly. I hooked it up and it worked great but now no one can hear us on the other end on two of the 3 handsets. I can't imagine the seller knew this as it worked fine the first few days. We called Panasonic to troubleshoot and were told this was most likely a store return and this has been known to happen on this model. Not super happy about the loss of that much money but it's a risk you take with electronic products.

    Best phone I've had

    I have trouble hearing with all phones I've had before I can now hear very good with this phone. Our second favorite feature is the block calls, we have blocked over 20 so far. I just ordered another for her husband whom has a hearing problem that's how confident I know he'll love this phone.

    i would have given it a 5 star if it had the flashing light like my older Panasonic cordless had when you get a massage at the main dock i like that there is no more dedicated battery's you can buy any rechargeable ni cad 's and use them in the hand set

    Erasing messages not conveinet

    Happy with telephone except for the fact you can not erase messages from the handset, only from the base set.
