Designed for the Kinect, The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout offers fitness enthusiasts more than 125 controller-free exercises to complete in a choice of four environments taken from the television show. Using the Kinect's camera, the game will scan your body and recommend a personalized routine. Routines are designed to target both the upper body and lower body, with cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing options available to personalize the experience.<br><br>Also included are ten pre-set fitness programs, such as "Belly Buster" and "Boot Camp," and 50 recipes from various Biggest Loser publications. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, show host Alison Sweeney, and over 70 former contestants are included to provide motivation during the various stages of the game. Multiple profiles are also supported for family members, who can record video diaries of their progress and send out words of encouragement to others. An in-game calendar lets you track daily challenges, weigh-ins, calories burned, and calories consumed, while online support offers you the opportunity to work out with up to three other friends, regardless of their location.

    Excellent Workout Game

    Easy to use, easy to follow workout regimen.... It's pretty easy and quick to get started. A few questions, and you can be off and running. There is a testing/analysis section where you and the program can figure out what your current fitness level, and adjust accordingly. There is a section where the program scans your body to get some estimates of your measurements. If you're trying to be honest about your weight loss, this is a great tool to track your progress. It's not absolutely accurate as it claimed I had a 200" neck. I love the fact I can see myself actually doing the workouts in the corner so I can keep an eye on my own movements and improve on them... It's a great place to start if you are serious about losing weight in a fun way...

    Is getting the job done for me!

    I got this game to lose weight and boy has it helped with that. The game has milestone achievement unlocks that keep me motivated to turn it on each day. With taking the advice given on the game and doing the workouts I have lost 10 lbs. in the first 2 weeks (light intensity, 40 min. workouts). The only complaint I would have about this game is sometimes it doesn't see you correctly if you are wearing loose fitting clothes mainly on lunges and side steps. If only yelling at the Kinect would fix this problem

    Jillian's Workout Videos Work Much Better!!!

    You need to have plenty of space for this game. I have my Kinect on top of my TV and it has a hard time seeing me when I'm doing floor exercises. This game does have a lot of cool features, but I find the workout is a little slow, and set up is a little tricky. Personally I get a much better workout with Jillian Michaels work out videos. I recommend "30 Day Shred" or "Ripped in 30". But be ready to get your butt kicked by her every morning! You'll definitely see results. Don't forget to take before and after pictures.

    XBox Kinect The Biggest Loser Ultimate Challenge

    We went over to a friends house and were introduced to this game. Let me just say this thing is no joke, and hardly can be passed off as just a game. If you want to lose weight and have fun doing it this is the most enjoyable way to do it at your house. It will help track your progress and suggest healthy eating solutions that taste great! If someone says they don't like it, it's probably because they did not take the time to get it set up or they just don't like to work out and be healthy. In that case their are plenty of other games you can exercise your thumbs with. If you want to exercise your body buy this game. You wont be let down. I promise. KJL

    Great workout and very happy with this one! Lose weight or get in shape!!

    I bought this because I need to be motivated to lose weight and my friends dropped out on me, so I purchased this to have someone guide me (personal trainer)through on how to exercise. I opened the day after I got it and getting it set up was very time consuming, but after the first workout, on the light workout, mind you, I couldn't hardly walk the next day. So to sum it up, I got a great workout with a trainer talking me through it. It kept me going by asking me if I was ok. lol. I did yell a few times at it, but all in all, if your looking to lose weight or get in shape, BUY THIS ONE!!
