i know there is still some time to pass before the final expected delivery date but i am concerned as the package has been in Perth awaiting delivery already for more than 10 days according to the tracking log (seems jammed). the courier company DHL used is reputable here. i have already received another package from the US sent after this one, but sent by a different courier company. cannot contact DHL have to contact sender.
can you please follow this up for me. looking forward to receiving.
