New battery is excellent.
It arrived in excellent condition. Installed the battery and charged it up. It stays at either 100% charge or the high 90% charge range when unplugged and the battery is good for a long time running on the battery only. The peace of mind the battery gives us is wonderful after the worry about the failing of the old battery. It works even better than I expected.
