    1. Shipping was the item in a box with NO packing to protect the item. 2. The item was not as described in the pictures. 3. Customer service was ARROGANT in their communications. The item I received was scratched on the top and missing one foot. There were 4 units all the same model number, but not the same condition as photos represented. I must have gotten the worst one of the lot. After our communications, I decided to return the item not as described and full refund was given.
